- Incorporation of Careplus.

- Joint venture with Descarpack Descartaveis do Brasil Ltda BRAZIL in setting up Careglove Global Sdn Bhd
2012
Factory 4
- New corporate office and site for future expansion on Careplus production.
2013
Factory 3
- Plant 1 (production building and all facilities) for the new 9 production lines which was fully installed and operated.

- Multi-storey detached factory with an annexed three-storey office building.

- New production building ‘Block E’ and 5 new production lines being fully built in 4th Quarter of 2014.

- Commenced the construction of Plant 2 and was fully completed in October 2015.

- – Joint venture with Ansell Services (Asia) Sdn Bhd.
- – Acquired Time Aircraft (now known as Careplus Properties Sdn Bhd) (“CPP”).
- – Acquired Centro Heights Sdn Bhd
2021
- – Acquired property by CPP as new headquarters cum warehouse and packing services.
- – Transferred listing status from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
2023
– Disposed entire equity interest in CPM to Ansell in February 2023.
– Entered into collaboration between Masterclean Technologies Sdn Bhd (MCT) and Howard Woon Howl Chuen for Solar Energy business.
– Entered into Joint Venture and Shareholders Agreement with Go Auto Sdn Bhd (GoAuto) in respect of a project start-up as a dealership of NETA brand of electric vehicles, Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Manufacturing and as EV Distributorship.
